Yes. Microsoft Dragon Copilot is fully HIPAA compliant with 256-bit encryption for all audio and data in transit and at rest. Audio is processed to generate the note and is not retained for training purposes. Microsoft signs a Business Associate Agreement as required. The product is built on Microsoft's HIPAA-eligible cloud infrastructure.
